• You may add whomever you please (who is worthy) to the project. The person *must* be a registered member of OpenOffice.org, otherwise it is impossible to add him.
• The person in question, say hogehoge-san, files an issue and assigns it to ssh2key@openoffice.org or me, louis@openoffice.org (same person), and attaches a dsa key (not rsa). Instructions for doing this are at http://www.openoffice.org/docs/ddSSHGuide.html.
• I then ask the person & project lead to verify the request (or the project lead can verify the request at the time of the submission of the issue).
• Key is then uploaded.
• Tunneling is possible now.
• Cvs goes through tunnel; username and password for cvs is the same as for logging into OpenOffice.org.
